Bootstrap V4 or 3?

What bootstrap should be using for projects? should i use the v4 or the current 3.3?

Boostrap 4 is not officially released yet and it's in alpha stage. If it's a small project I would go ahead and use 4 but if it's a bigger project you have to think if you are willing to put extra effort to make changes once final version is released.

Said that v4 is using flexbox if that's something you are interested in.
