Python Flask REST API Resourceful Blueprints Register API

Bummer! name 'ingredients_api' is not defined error given after registering 2 blueprints into api.py. Help pls!

The challenge instruction includes 'import the blueprints into app.py and register them both', not helpful as the api.py is the file presented in the challenge. I am working the lesson in ATOM using python 2.7.14 (2017) and flask 0.12.2 where flask_restful takes the place of flask.ext.restful, and I am not getting the same error. I'm stuck. Any correction findings are appreciated.
