509 PointsI figured out the answer:
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());
try
{
if (value < 0 || value > 20)
{
throw new System.Exception();
}
}
catch(Exception)
{
Console.WriteLine("Value is out of bounds!");
}
Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));

5,215 PointsI cannot figure this out. I tried first and then saw this answer, but even this answer doesn't work for me. I copied and pasted but no luck. I keep getting, "Did you throw an exception when the value is less than 0 or greater than 20?"
