Can anyone recommend an FTP server?

What is the best FTP server that is free to upload my website. It is already online but i need to make changes. I initially used dreamweaver but no longer have access

FTP access will normally be provided by the hosting company.

If you website is already online, you should have access to some sort of administration "dashboard" where you can control settings for the FTP connections. Or if it was preconfigured, the hosting company should have provided instructions for using it.
