28,558 PointsThe tasks asks you to create a laps
attribute and set it to 0, it does not ask you to add laps
as a parameter to the init
method. Also it asks you to reduce fuel_remaining
by length
multiplied by 0.125, not to set it equal to that number.
If you fix those issues like this:
class RaceCar:
laps = 0 # Initialize laps attribute to 0
def __init__ (self, color, fuel_remaining, **kwargs):
self.color = color
self.fuel_remaining = fuel_remaining
for attribute, values in kwargs.items():
setattr(self, attribute, values)
def run_lap(self, length):
self.fuel_remaining -= length * 0.125 # Reduce fuel_remaining by length * 0.125
self.laps += 1
Then your code will pass task 2.
