"Cannon find symbol" error

Getting consistent errors: jshell> PezDispenser pd = new PezDispenser("Yoda");
Error: Cannon find symbol symbol: class PezDispenser PezDispenser pd = new PezDispenser("Yoda");

The feedback isn't pointing me to an intuitive answer or thought process, and I wish there was code available to download/compare to.
