CANNOT PRINT MY NAME TO THE CONSOLE USING printf

// I have setup a java.io.Console object for you named console String firstName = "Shubinder"; console printf ("my name is shubinder");

The following code returns a compilation error.

I am not able to print my name to the Console.

Therefore what is the issue with my code?

Name.java
// I have setup a java.io.Console object for you named console
String firstName = "Shubinder";
console printf ("my name is shubinder");

it looks like your missing the dot in console.printf.

If you want to use the first Name string that you made I would add.

console.printf(" my name is %s ", firstName);

That way you don't have to type out your name again to print. The %s takes the first name's place.
