Please I need the answer as soon as possible. Can someone who finish a track within a week using free trial be given a certificate or does the person need to pay before getting the certificate

78,020 Points... which certificate do you mean? You can obtain a techdegree certificate, but I don't think that it is possible to learn a track within a week - you can do it in a weak, but still, you might not be very firm at it ...
