So, the task is to: "Using the console's printf method, display a message that says, "First name: ", followed by the first name that the user has entered."

You are really close, but you also need to print the name that user entered. So your code should look something like this:

         console.printf("First name: " + %s, firstName);

%s refers to string passed after the comma, so that's firstName, which is a name that you have read from the user. Hope that clears things up for you.
