When I check the answer the message states that the name 'praise is not defined.

3,986 PointsOh you're so close here! Don't forget that when you're calling praise and reassurance, remember you're acting within an instance that has been created. You'll need self.praise() and self.reassurance() so that they know where to reference back to.
