chrome not work like mozila

hi guys i was changing the background -color to orange on chrome but the color didn't changed.... i copied the link and i paste it on mozila i found the color is orange can any one tell me how to solve this problem

Maybe your stylesheet was cached in chrome but not in firefox. Do a hard refresh in chrome to load a fresh copy of all files (shift+refresh).
