Class doesn't trigger in click event

Hi Guys, I wonder why the .close doesn't trigger?

https://blog.taraformula.com/ . What I am trying to achieve is when you click the X icon (Mobile version). The mobile-open will toggle or hide.

document.getElementsByClassName("close").addEventListener("click", CloseMe); var element = document.getElementsByTagNames("body, header");

function CloseMe() { element.toggle("mobile-open"); }
