Confused on the final part of this challenge

I think it wants me to create a <section> for the first <ul> but when I do that i'm not getting the correct results

The instructions say, "Finally, place the top <ul> inside an element that represents a major section of navigation."

You enclosed the right components, but with the wrong element type. Try using a container associated with navigation.
