Console is cutting off bottom of text

My console is not centering the text, so it is going past the bottom so I can no longer see what I'm typing w/o clearing.

Below is a link to a picture of my issue. In the picture I drew a red arrow at the bottom pointing to my blinking cursor, you can barely see the top of it as it's almost entirely cut off. So you can see with the cursor that low, I can no longer see what Iā€™m typing.

You can try expanding the console size. If you hover your mouse above the console tab a black arrow should appear and you can use it to expand the console.
