Greetings! Using the div tag would be perfectly acceptable logically, but you have to put each sets of h2 and p elements in a tag, not all of them in one. That is written in the description :)

Furher more, treehouse is expecting the article tag here. But again, div would also be acceptable syntactically and even from a logical stand of point.
