convert the string stored in role to uppercase letters. The final msg string should look similar to this: "Carlos Salgad

let msg = firstName + ' ' + lastName + ' : ' + role;

Just add .toUpperCase() to the string you want to be uppercase :) 

  let msg = firstName + ' ' + lastName + ' : ' + role.toUpperCase();

This will make the role appear as all uppercase like this "DEVELOPER" If you want to it be Capitalized (like this "Developer") then you will want something like this 

let role = 'developer';
role = role.charAt(0).toUpperCase() + role.slice(1);

What's happens here is we get the first letter of the array with role.charAt(0) and then call .toUpperCase() on it to convert it to uppercase. Followed by adding + role.slice(1) which is the rest of the string I hope this made sense.
