create a string like "Carlos Salgado: developer".

You are forgetting the space between the colon and the role.

What you are printing out is: 'Carlos Salgado:developer' when you should be printing out: 'Carlos Salgado: developer'

hopefully that's enough of a hint for you to figure out what you did wrong.
