CSS CSS Transitions and Transforms Getting Started with CSS Transforms CSS Transforms Challenge

CSS Transforms

the question is to move the overlay element up 100% when it's hover. I use translatey property and added the value -100%. however, it keeps telling me to make sure that I am using the right transform function. I have no clue what else I can use.

style.css
/* overlay and img transitions ---------- */

.overlay,
img  {
    transition: transform .6s ease-out;

}

/* overlay and img transforms ---------- */

.photo:hover .overlay {

    transform: translatey(-100%);

}
.photo:hover img {

}

            </div>
        </div>

    </div>

Hey Biruktawit Galoro!

Not sure if you've already got this figured out, but it looks like you might just want to write translateY with a capital Y. That way it's reading as translate Y and not translatey.

I hope that makes sense. Good luck and happy coding!
