Difference between SQL courses?

What's the difference between the Database Foundations course found in 'Developer Tools' and the SQL courses found here in 'Databases' ?

The Database Foundations course is more comprehensive. The courses in the Databases category are shorter and each focuses on a specific aspect of database operations. The newer series is also yet incomplete (more coming).
