Design Demonstrating Wireframes in Sketch

Do people really use font awesome? Why not turn the input form into a symbol? Why not show us the android stickersheet?

Maybe I'm being snooty but font awesome sort of feels like a lot of work to me. I would have made a beeline to sketch app resources. Also I think that they didn't really cover what a treasure trove sketch app resources really is.

I think this would have been a great time to make the input fields into a symbol.

Also why not mention that sketch comes with an android sticker sheet by default?

Because FontAwesome is a tool my developers can easily use and allows us to size with rem, allowing browser font size settings to increase/decrease the icons with its associated text, about half of my professional work has used FontAwesome. Especially when branded icons are not important, like internal corporate tools. It's best to use design with the tools your developers will eventually use so there is less translation between mock up and code.

Not sure if this answers your question, but it is why I almost always use, or at least start with, FontAwesome as an icon library source.

Insightful! Thank you!
