I am completely new here and a total beginner to programming in general. I just recently started the front end web development track and I have finished the basic JavaScript course.
Despite my complete newbie-ness I am extremely passionate about web development and I have been since I was a kid, and I plan to pursue a solid career in this field. So far the courses have been very informative and thorough, not to mention fun as heck (I never knew studying could be so enjoyable).
With all that being said, I know there is an infinite amount of things to learn and that being proficient in any coding language requires a great deal of time, patience and practice. Which is why I decided that attending a coding bootcamp will be a good investment for me.
However before I invest time and money into such a program, I want to be sure I am prepared for it, so my question is: when I complete the web development track, will that be a solid enough foundation to jump into a front end bootcamp and help ensure my success? If not what would be the next step for me?
