Don't Understand... :/

Hi, okay,

So, this video goes by WAY too fast for me - Could someone please tell me what this guy is saying exactly? - Please don't suggest that I read the transcript, because I already tried that - Without the images to go with the words it's just too hard to follow - So, if anyone break down with this guy is saying for me in simple times, I'd appreciate it - Thank you...
