I have courses plus subscription but it still show upgrade to course plus and I can't save videos

Course videos should be available to download, as long as you are still not on the 7-day free-trial. Once the trial is over and you are on a full-subscription, the video download links will be available.
If you are not still on the trial or the videos are not available once it's over, you'll need to email the Treehouse Support Team.
