How do people feel about using Eclipse?

I can't help you if you want a comparison of different IDEs (I've only ever used eclipse), but it seems to be very popular, and i see it a lot with java tutorials at youtube. You might want to take a look at https://www.quora.com/What-are-the-best-IDEs-for-Java-programmers .

Personally, I was using Eclypse but being suggested by Craig in his course I gave a shot IntelliJ. I was really unsatisfied with the IntelliJ performance it drastically slowing down my computer(very weird even COD runs smoothly with full details on my machine but why not IntelliJ)... With Eclipse or NetBeans, I did not experience such decrease of performance, so I would rather stick to Eclipse. (I'm linux user)
