error "It looks like task 2 is no longer passing"

Hi I can't undestand why I'm getting this error after adding the optgroup tag to the form

Here's the code:

It looks like you are no longer closing the 

<select>

tag.

I just did the assignment and i looks like the optgroup-tag is never asked for. I removed it and could continue.
