Files missing in the workspace!!!!! In django form S4V3

I don't see the order.js and and jquery.fb.sortable.min js.Wher can i find it and if I am working on my own local environment.Please suggest me iam stucked here

Thanks for responding, Shaw. I got the files in download files by following your instructions.

But I am unable to drag and reorder them. I am getting the error [order.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).sortable is not a function at order.js:1] in brwoser developer console.
