Finally, make a third variable named india that hold's a timezone at UTC+05:30.

Note that this timezone is for +05:30 (positive, not negative). And the timedelta method will accept both "hours" and "minutes" as separate parameters, or you can just express the "hours" with a fractional component (30 minutes is the same as .5 hours).
