Could you explain what import need to be done in order code start working in local spyder?

from characters import Thief
You are importing the Thief class specified in the characters.py
file. You can then use this class by creating instances of it, or directly. If you don't do this then then python would have no clue what you are talking about when you use Thief()
, because it does not automatically load all the classes which are in your current directory (assuming you are using the command line).
