Python Dates and Times in Python (2014) Dates and Times strftime & strptime

FUNCTION STRPTIME

The in Challenge function was created in Workspaces, and returns the date and time in the expected format

timestrings.py 
import datetime

def from_string(date, format_string):
    return datetime.datetime.strptime(date, format_string)

Your code looks fine, and passes the challenge if your code also has the to_string function from the first part of the task. If you remove the to_string function, the challenge fails and says name 'to_string' is not defined.
