How do I pay without having to wait 7 days for the trial to expire ?

I don't think you can do that. The trial period was built in order to try the services & tracks Treehouse offers without having to commit. I guess you'll have to wait until the end.

If you want to bypass the free-trial period and start the paid enrollment, just send the Support Team your request.
Keep in mind, however, that it still the weekend at the Treehouse offices, so you may not hear back until tomorrow.
