having trouble with a question make sure to call printf

Using the console's printf method, display a message that says, "Last name: " followed by the last name that the user has entered. this the code I have written for the question String firstName= console.readLine("firstname is "); String lastName= console.readLine("lastname is "); console.printf("firstname %s Last name: %s", firstName, lastName);

IO.java
// I have imported java.io.Console for you. It is a variable called console.
String firstName= console.readLine("firstname is ");
String lastName= console.readLine("lastname is ");
console.printf("firstname  %s Last name: %s", firstName, lastName);

I separated out the two strings and it passed. Try:

// I have imported java.io.Console for you. It is a variable called console.
String firstName= console.readLine("firstname is ");
String lastName= console.readLine("lastname is ");
console.printf("firstname:  %s", firstName);
console.printf("Last name: %s" , lastName);
