i dont know what to do here ,it keeps giving me the bummer message

You seem to have en extra curly brace right beneath your header rule, try to remove that. And as Bryan Manhollan has pointed out, your css body { text-align: center; } rule is missing a semicolon. Also, the div element in your HTML file is not closed properly. You need to add a / after the < in the closing div tag, which is positioned right before the closing body tag.
