help please

hi guys please help my input data not appearing in my database its shows " MySQL returned an empty result set (i.e. zero rows). (Query took 0.0009 sec)" I'm using phpmyadmin via cpanel

The query might not be returning any data so check whether you have correctly written the query

An empty result set could very well be a legitimate result, depending on the query and the contents of the referenced table(s). There's no way to know if this is actually a problem unless you share your query and the structure of the tables and at least partial contents.
