help with praise method

I dont know whats the wrong with my code

first_class.py 
class Student:
    name = "Mahmoud"

    def praise(self):
        return "You're doing a great work, {}".format(self.name)

The string should be "You're doing a great job", not "You're doing a great work". The code itself is all good.
