If you have Photoshop you should be able to find a value in the color picker tool. Otherwise look for sites that offer palettes. I used this one in the past:

11,934 PointsIt's just another way of using rgb colors. The hexadecimal numbers first two hex values represent red (#00.... = rgb(0,..,..) | #FF.... = rgb(255,..,..)) same rule for green (values 3 and 4) and blue (last two values). I hope it's understandable...
