Hi, can anyone tell me why this isn't working please?

Next, create a new media query that targets all devices when the viewport width is 768px or narrower. Inside the media query, target the .title element and set the font-size to 1.4rem. Finally, target the h1 element and set its font-size to 5rem.

style.css
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */
@media (max-width: 1020px) {
  .main-header {
    background-color: tomato;
      color: white
  }
}

@media (min-width: 768px) {
  .title {
  font-size: 1.4rem;
  }

  h1 {
    font-size: 5rem;
  }
}

}
index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>Lake Tahoe</title>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="page.css">
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css">
  </head>
  <body>
    <header id="top" class="main-header">
      <span class="title">Journey Through the Sierra Nevada Mountains</span>
      <h1 class="main-heading">Lake Tahoe, California</h1>
    </header>

        <div class="primary-content">
            <p class="intro">
                Lake Tahoe is one of the most breathtaking attractions located in California. It's home to a number of ski resorts, summer outdoor recreation, and tourist attractions. Snow and skiing are a significant part of the area's reputation.
            </p>
            <a class="callout" href="#more">Find out more</a>
        </div><!-- End .primary-content -->
  </body>
</html>

:point_right: You used the wrong property for your target sizes.

The challenge is to create a media query that will be effective "...when the viewport width is 768px or narrower". Similarly to what you did for task 1, the correct property for this would be max-width (you have min-width).

In keeping with your mention of "..when the viewport width is 768px or narrower" in your current setup "@media (min-width: 768px) " would mean that these styles are applied when the viewport width is 768px wide or higher. To fix you would need to use the property of max-width instead of min-width.

A stupid mistake :-) it's always a simple syntax error.

Thanks for putting me straight
