HLookup Results

I wonder if there is a way to populate results for POPULATION after inserting the HLookup formula. I tried double clicking the lower right corner of Cell B8, but it wouldn't populate the results horizontally. Thank you.

Instead of double-clicking the corner, click and hold while you drag horizontally to the right.
