How can I save the SQL Playground practice's to be able to add them to a portfolio???

Trying to build a portfolio with the things we learn here.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any way to save / export anything from these SQL Playgrounds attached to the videos.

The only thing that comes to mind at the moment is if you Google Search "SQL Playgrounds for practice", there are some online playgrounds available, though I'm not sure if they have any options like that either. If not, maybe you could screen record yourself running some queries if a video can be attached to what you're doing, but I'm not sure if that's what you'd want in a portfolio.
