How did you get the 'bin' folder into the project?

In the video we are directed to go into the bin folder.  When I try and setup a project outside of workspaces I do not have this folder. Where is it located or how do I get it?

Yes, the bin/www was not clearly mentioned. You need to do some initialization with Express, here is the solution.
It's created by ExpressJS, but you need to install the Express Generator:
$ npm install -g express-generator
Then:
$ express -f
Make sure you run this at the very beginning of the project, otherwise the Express will overwrite you app.js, package.json files

The bin folder is created along with other files and folders when express-generator (https://expressjs.com/en/starter/generator.html) creates a bare-bones express app. You can watch this video (https://teamtreehouse.com/library/express-basics/doing-more-with-express/using-expressgenerator-to-start-an-express-project) if you want to learn more about express-generator, which can be a great productivity-booster.
