How did you get the 'bin' folder into the project?

In the video we are directed to go into the bin folder. When I try and setup a project outside of workspaces I do not have this folder. Where is it located or how do I get it?

Yes, the bin/www was not clearly mentioned. You need to do some initialization with Express, here is the solution. It's created by ExpressJS, but you need to install the Express Generator: $ npm install -g express-generator Then: $ express -f

Make sure you run this at the very beginning of the project, otherwise the Express will overwrite you app.js, package.json files

$ npm install -g express-generator
$ express --view:pug -f

Hi Torre,

The bin folder is created along with other files and folders when express-generator creates a bare-bones express app. You can watch this video if you want to learn more about express-generator, which can be a great productivity-booster.

Hope that helps!
