I think what EMEKA PEACEWILL was referring to was when he selected all the cells without clicking. To do this select a cell then hold SHIFT + Control and then press the arrow key in the direction corresponding to the cell direction you want to highlight. EXAMPLE: All cells with data to the right highlighted to end SHIFT + Control + RIGHT ARROW. Hope this helps

You can click and hold in a cell and then drag to the opposite corner to select an entire rectangular region.

You can also simply click to select one cell, then shift-click in the opposite corner to select the whole region.
