How Do I actually find email addresses of new customers? The marketing course does not explain this.

The email marketing course here shows how to market to an already existing list of emails. But how do I discover email address of new customers? Is there any way to market through email to potential new customers?

Yes. What you are asking is not a topic to be "learned", per se, but to be built.

Finding potential customers isn't as easy as looking for emails to randomly send marketing material for your site. Purchasing email lists, is A MAJOR FAUX PAS in web development and business. You are not supposed to be marketing to new customers through their email. There are now laws against such. Sending blanket marketing is a good way to get your email accounts disabled through providers, because your emails WILL DEFINITELY be marked as spam.

Email lists are to communicate with customers WHO HAVE FOUND YOU and want more information, not for you to use to FIND customers.

That's just sad. I wish there was a company providing such a service where you can broadcast thru email of different demographics just like the way we do with facebook/google marketing right now.

You can use ad networks like Google's to purchase advertising focus, and to display ads to customers who do not have ad blockers installed. Those will show in the various ads on pages, but you still have to depend on them coming to your ads. The trick is coming up with new and interesting advertising content.

I don't know what do you mean discover address of new customers if you mean collect their email address without they submit to you I think it's illegal but if you want to collect your website visitors' or customers' email address simply request their email address when they're checking out or build a form like subscribe form, MailChimp or sendinblue have a subscribe list function which you can collect your visitor's email address and send promos to them

By discover new customers I mean when we market on facebook we "broadcast" our ads to an audience and a percentage of that audience response to us That is, in case of facebook, google there are already customers there and by marketing to them we can convert some of those people to our customers. In case of email, seems like there is no such service where you can market to a audience by payment unfortunately.
