Hey Harjan Anand, a tuple is an index container. Each item can be referenced by its index.

The first item is my_tuple[0], the second is my_tuple[1], etc.

Post back if you need more help. Good luck!!!

I understand but how do i assign the item3 to the third element to my_tuple

I uptated my code:

# insert your code here
my_tuple = ('I', 'love', 'python',)
item3 = [3]
my_tuple[3]

You are very close. The last line should be:

item3 = my_tuple[3]
