How do I fix my project?

So I submitted my "Build a Game Show App" for front-end degree yesterday. Unfortunately, I failed the project because the grader couldn't unzip the files? I went and downloaded the project 7 files from GitHub and it worked fine for me. The grader comment wasn't really useful at all either. "I can't get the project to work on my computer. Upon downloading the files, I cannot unzip the file." How do I fix something like that and resubmit the project?
