Treehouse ModeratorHi Ngqabutho Moyo :)
{{ order.date.strftime('%Y-%m-%d') }} that you have in your answer is correct; however, there is no need for a for loop on this. When you go to the /today route, the today function is called which returns the lunch order and date for the current day.
def today():
order = models.LunchOrder.select().where(
models.LunchOrder.date == datetime.date.today() &
models.LunchOrder.user == g.user._get_current_object()
).get()
return render_template('today.html', order=order)
Keep on Coding! 🖖
