231,007 PointsTechdegree subscribers have a "Slack" channel. Everyone has (public) access to this forum.
You can use a "tag" to call the attention of specific folks to a post. Type the '@' character and someone's name, then select them from the list that pops up. Like this: kevin hudson
But use it sparingly, and give the community as a whole a chance to respond first (there are lots of folks willing to help).
