How do you go back a section

Top left of screen: there is an arrow pointing left that the title of the course that you are in. Press that and it will take you back or to a list of the lessons. If you have completed the lessons there will be a checked circle, if you havent there will be a greyed out checked circle. You can access previous courses that way.

Also, you will see small circles showing you what's coming next above the video. You can play with those and find courses that you have recently done.
