How is everyone making the most of the lessons? Watching and coding at the same time or watching and then trying to code

Some lessons I'm finding it tough to listen and replicate the code at the same time. Does anyone have any tips as to how they are handling this?

Thanks

I code while I watch and keep the pause and rewind buttons handy. If I haven't gotten the concept I rewatch the video coding my way through it again. :)

Its a work in progress for me. I have started just watching then pausing so I can code. If I do both at the same time I dont understand what I am writing.
