How long wait for super hiper excellence support provide me a help or answer for my email ;) ?

Hi,

I have problem with subscription. Namely, I forgot to cancel subscriptions on my forgotten account. I was charged from my card. And I would like to ask you to overwrite this subscription for the current account that I use. Because I do not have login details for my old account. I have a number of transaction and all the payment details.

Did you already send an email to the Support folks? Subscription issues are probably best discussed directly with the staff.
