How much programming per a day?

hi,i want ask this question."how much programming per a day do we need?" i write and learn programming more than an hour.then my brain gets tired.do you suggest for me?

Everyone is different. When my brain gets tired I usually have a snack, coffee or something like that, maybe even go out for a walk and then try come back and do more later. I feel like the break in between helps your learning because your brain is digesting the information.

I usually try do 3-4 hours a day of programming, 1 hour worth at a time with breaks in between.

I program as a hobby, so I program many hours a day. However, after 1-2 hours of sitting in front my computer, I cannot write code as easily (my brain gets lazy), and so I take a break. Usually I just read books about programming, eat a snack, etc.
