Treehouse TeacherHi there! The problem here isn't exactly with the aside
but rather with the placement of the closing of the last article, which is causing an error. You start main, then start an article, but then you try to close main before the article is closed.
You have written this:
<article>
<h3>10 Handy CSS Features</h3>
<p>Pellentesque habitant morbi tristique senectus et netus et malesuada fames ac turpis egestas. Vestibulum ante ipsum primis in faucibus orci luctus et <a href="#">ultrices posuere</a>.</p>
</main>
<aside>
<h3>Follow Me on Social Media:</h3>
</article>
But that closing article tag needs to be moved here:
<article>
<h3>10 Handy CSS Features</h3>
<p>Pellentesque habitant morbi tristique senectus et netus et malesuada fames ac turpis egestas. Vestibulum ante ipsum primis in faucibus orci luctus et <a href="#">ultrices posuere</a>.</p>
</article> <!-- close the article -->
</main> <!-- close main -->
<aside> <!-- begin the aside -->
<h3>Follow Me on Social Media:</h3>
Hope this helps!
